Trotters sunk in Scotland

Bolton remain without a win two games into their tour of Scotland after going down 2-0 to Hamilton on Saturday.

Having been the better side in a lively, goalless first-half, Owen Coyle's men fell behind when Andy Ryan prodded home at the end of a goalmouth scramble despite the best efforts of Wanderers goalkeeper Andy Lonergan. New signing Lonergan was again the unfortunate party in the 67th minute when a fine save fell kindly for Accies full-back Stephen Hendrie.
