Russell Slade insists his Leyton Orient squad are all pulling together in a bid to turn around their poor start to the season.
The O's are joint bottom of League One having yet to collect a point and scoring just one goal in their opening three matches. Slade revealed their was a frank exchange of views in the dressing room following last weekend's defeat against Crawley and is expecting an improvement when they head to Swindon on Saturday. "We had an open and frank conversation in the changing room as to where we see it," he said. "And all of the group are in agreement of where we need to work and what we need to do to turn things around."
