Players back for both clubs

Bury and Wrexham can both welcome back players for Tuesday's League Two encounter at Gigg Lane. Lee Bullock and Sean McAllister will return for the hosts, while Ryan Valentine and Silvio Spann are back for Wrexham. Shakers duo Bullock and McAllister were unavailable to face Exeter in Saturday's 1-0 FA Cup second-round victory. Centre-back Dave Challinor is still a fortnight away from full fitness, but Nicky Adams and Andrew Mangan are expected to keep their places in the starting line-up. Richie Baker, Brian Barry-Murphy and Glynn Hurst should also come back into contention after missing out at the weekend.

Wrexham news

New Wrexham boss Brian Little has Valentine and Spann back in his plans for the trip to Gigg Lane. Defender Valentine has struggled with his match fitness in recent weeks and has failed to figure since the FA Cup defeat against Peterborough, but is back along with Spann, who is fit again after overcoming a troublesome ankle injury. Little has no other new injury problems to contend with as he bids to build on back-to-back draws since taking charge of the club. Long-term injury victims Mark Jones and Danny Williams (both back) remain sidelined, while Josh Johnson and Marc Williams are battling to be involved.
