Manager wants to see back-to-back wins
Martin Ling feels a lack of consistency is hampering Leyton Orient's bid to secure a play-off spot.
Orient, who led the League One table at the start of the season, have not won back-to-back games since September.
The club are now three points outside the play-off zone and Orient manager Ling is urging his players to build on any wins achieved.
"I can't put my finger on what the reason is - we seem to get confidence from victories but not build on them," said Ling.
No hiding place
"We need to put back-to-back victories together if we are to have any hope of the play-offs.
"There are 12 games to go and we are going to have to win a nucleus of those.
"There is no hiding place and we need to find some consistency."
