Scott Gregory is relishing another chance to test himself in the professional environment at this week’s British Masters supported by Sky Sports.
The 22-year-old has been handed a tournament invite to appear at The Grove following his victory at the Amateur Championship earlier this year, which also secured him entry to three of the four majors.
Gregory impressed during the Open Championship and briefly held a share of the first-round lead at Royal Troon, with the Englishman excited to play alongside the world's best again this week.
"It feels pretty incredible," Gregory told Sky Sports News HQ. "It's an event I wasn't expecting to get an invite to so it's really nice to get a chance to play.
"Obviously (Matt) Fitzpatrick won last year and we've had people who have represented England Golf do well in it. I'm really looking forward to get out there and playing."
