Thailand's Thaworn Wiratchant did just enough to stay ahead of the chasing pack as he claimed victory by a single shot at the Indonesian Open.
Wiratchant had held a three-stroke advantage over night, but carded three bogeys to two birdies during a final round of one-over 73 to finish on 13 under for the tournament.
Choi Jin-ho mounted a strong challenge on the leader, with successive birdies on the 15th, 16th and 17th helping the South Korean on his way to a round of 69.
But he came up one shot short and had to settle for a share of second place with local favourite Rory Hie and defending champion Michael Hendry.
Hie was also putting together a good score with four birdies, but was undone by bogeys at the 15th and 18th to complete his round in two-under 70.
Hendry of New Zealand sank six birdies in total in a round of 71, but ran into trouble at both the seventh and ninth holes, where he carded a double bogey and triple bogey respectively.
Australia's Ashley Hall produced one of the performances of the day, with seven birdies and two bogeys in a score of five-under 67.
That saw him finish the tournament on 10 under and tied for fifth with South Korea's Han Chang-won, whose highlight during a final round of 72 was an eagle on the par-five sixth.
