The European Tour travels to north-west Africa this week for the Trophee Hassan II event in Morocco. Unlike last year, when the tournament was staged over two courses - Golf du Palais Royal and Golf de L'Ocean - and played as a pro-am for the opening 36 holes, this week's event will be a traditional 72-hole competition and on one course only. The celebrated Palais Royal at Agadir hosted five European Tour events during the 1990s before returning to the international schedule 12 months ago. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior and opened 25 years ago, Palais Royal has smaller than normal greens that are well-bunkered. The fairways are reasonably undulating and this coastal venue will provide a stern test if the wind blows in off the Atlantic Ocean. As for nearby Golf de L'Ocean, this course will be hosting a professional women's tournament this week. Who's teeing-up on Thursday? David Lynn: The midlander tied-for-ninth at Agadir 12 months ago and was a top-six finisher at Aloha on Sunday. Matteo Manassero: After a largely disappointing season in 2011, the 18-year-old Italian looked in good shape last week in Spain where he finished second. Edoardo Molinari: Tied-for 11th in Spain on Sunday which was his second best finish on Tour during the past 13 months. Hopefully, it heralds a return to form for the 31-year-old Italian. Robert Rock: His stock has risen sharply during the last year. He will probably tee-up this week as one of the favourites to claim a third Tour victory in ten months - tied-17th at Aloha at the weekend. Probably has to win to make it into The Masters. Jaco van Zyl: Lost a play-off in north Africa last year. The South African posted a brace of top-four finishes on home soil during January and, in last week's event in Andalucia, closed with a 66 to sneak into the top-10. Oliver Wilson: Needing an invitation to tee-up after losing his Tour card last autumn, the Ryder Cup player from 2008 is no longer in the top 350 of the world ranking but showed some decent form in Spain last week during the early stages of the tournament.
