Stewart Cink pulls out of The Open at Royal Troon

Former champion Stewart Cink has withdrawn from The Open and is replaced by Daniel Summerhays.
Cink won golf's oldest major at Turnberry in 2009 after beating Tom Watson over a four-hole play-off.
Summerhays, ranked 86th in the world, was initially second reserve behind Luke Donald.
But with the Englishman taking the place of Jaco van Zyl, who pulled out to help prepare for this summer's Olympics, and Cink making way, Summerhays now has the chance to compete at Royal Troon.
Americans Jamie Lovemark and Colt Knost are now first and second reserve.
The R&A, which organises the The Open, did not reveal why Cink has chosen not to play.
The 43-year-old announced in spring that his wife, Lisa, is battling breast cancer and he has played in just two tournaments in the last three months.
