We continue our countdown to Royal Birkdale with a look back at last year's Open Zone, where Dustin Johnson exhibited some of his wedge skills and trademark long drive.

The world No 1 gave a hitting masterclass with Claude Harmon III at Royal Troon, showing off his wedge play and monster distance off the tee.

Johnson also discussed his switch from a draw to a fade in his driving, which allowed him to keep his power but improve his accuracy.

"It's more consistent and my misses are better," said the American. "I feel like I still hit the fairway sometimes, whereas [before] every once in a while I'd hit a hook, which is no good. I just feel I've got more chance to hit the fairway."
