Britain's London 2012 Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill has given birth to her second child.
Ennis-Hill, who retired from athletics after the 2016 Rio Olympics, announced the news on social media on Sunday night.
She posted: "Reggie meeting his beautiful baby sister Olivia Ennis-Hill, she was born Saturday night. We are all so in love with her."
The 31-year-old, who memorably won heptathlon gold in her home Olympics five years ago, had her first child, son Reggie, in 2014 before returning to athletics in spectacular style by topping the podium at the World Championships in Beijing less than 12 months after resuming training.
Ennis-Hill also won the heptathlon at the 2009 worlds in Berlin and was retrospectively awarded gold for the 2011 Daegu championships earlier this year when Tatyana Chernova failed to prevent the annulment of her results between August 15, 2011 and July 22, 2013.
The Briton had to settle for second spot in Brazil last summer however, behind Belgium's Nafissatou Thiam, and announced her retirement shortly afterwards.
