JLT Condor won the Revolution UK Championship title at The National Cycling Centre in Manchester.
The team, made up of Ed Clancy and Alistair Slater, didn't win a race on the night, but a consistent effort saw them top the standings in the three-round series.
JLT Condor will now progress to the Revolution Champions League, which starts in Paris on November 18-19.
Joining them will be runners-up Team PedalSure, third-placed Team Wiggins and fourth-placed Maloja Pushbikers.
They will face seven UCI WorldTour teams - Team Sky, Orica-BikeExchange, Trek-Segafredo, Lampre-Merida, LottoNL-Jumbo, Giant-Alpecin and Cannondale - as well as French team Equipe de France, in the Champions League.
Clancy said: "It's been a great series again and, after missing out on everything last year [through injury], I'm just really happy to be back racing on my bike again and having fun.
"In terms of qualifying for the Revolution Champions League, the pressure was off after Glasgow [round two]. Tonight was about winning the UK Series, which we did with a race to go, which was great."
The Champions League will take place over three weekends: Paris on November 18-19, Manchester on November 25-26 and London on December 2-3.
Tickets for the Champions League are available to purchase from Sky Tickets, with full ticket information on www.cyclingrevolution.com.
