Olympic Cycling: GB women go for team pursuit gold on Saturday

Great Britain’s women’s pursuit team will bid to defend their Olympic title on the third day of track cycling at Rio 2016 on Saturday.
Laura Trott, Joanna Rowsell Shand, Elinor Barker, Katie Archibald and Ciara Horne broke the world record in qualifying and will face Canada in the first round during the afternoon session. The medal finals will follow in the evening session.
Jason Kenny and Callum Skinner will continue their bid for medals in the individual sprint, having qualified first and second fastest and then safely progressed through the first round on Friday.
Kenny will face Colombia's Fabian Puerta and Skinner will take on Australia's Patrick Constable in the last 16 in the afternoon session, with the quarter-finals and semi-finals following in the evening session.
Elsewhere, Becky James will bid for a medal in the women's keirin.
