Kittel, 25, has penned a three-year extension after enjoying an outstanding season in which he won four stages of the Tour de France, including on the Champs-Elysees in Paris.
Fellow German sprinter Degenkolb, 24, has been less prolific in 2013 but his wins on stage five of the Giro d'Italia and at Vattenfall Cyclassics were enough to earn him an extension.
Dutchman Dumoulin, 22, has signed a one-year deal following his second place overall at the Eneco Tour, while Geschke, 27, will now stay until the end of 2016.
Argos-Shimano general manager Iwan Spekenbrink said: "Ours is a long-term project and we are committed to helping our riders grow and develop both individually and together as a team.
"We have full confidence that these riders will continue to find success within the context of our way of working."
