British duo Mark Cavendish and Steve Cummings have both been selected for the Tour de France by Dimension Data, but Alex Dowsett has missed out on a place in Movistar's line-up.
Cavendish, 31, is looking to add to his tally of 26 Tour stage wins, while Cummings, 35, will bid to repeat his breakaway victory in last year's race.
Mark Renshaw, Edvald Boasson Hagen, Reinardt Janse van Rensburg and Bernhard Eisel will join Cummings in Cavendish's lead-out train.
The South African team's nine-man line-up is completed by climbers Serge Pauwels, Daniel Teklehaimanot and Natnael Berhane.
Dowsett, 27, was on Movistar's shortlist for the Tour but did not make it into a final squad packed with climbing specialists.
The Spanish team are hoping to propel Nairo Quintana to overall victory and have surrounded the Colombian with Alejandro Valverde, Gorka Izagirre, Ion Izagirre, Jesus Herrada, Imanol Erviti, Daniel Moreno, Winner Anacona and Nelson Oliveira.
The Tour starts on Saturday, July 2, and ends on Sunday, July 24.
