Eneco Tour: Tim Wellens champion again as Manuel Quinziato wins finale

Tim Wellens successfully defended his Eneco Tour title after Manuel Quinziato came home in front in Sunday's final stage.
Quinziato, riding for BMC Racing, came home three seconds ahead of Bjorn Leukemans (Wanty Groupe Gobert) after they formed part of a three-man breakaway which was never caught.
The Italian made his break for glory inside the final five kilometres, with his acceleration soon leaving Leukemans and Yves Lampaert (Etixx - Quick-Step) behind.
They tried to close on the final climb in Geraardsbergen but Quinziato had just enough in hand to secure victory.
Greg van Avermaet (BMC Racing) claimed fourth place after a late move off the front of the peloton with Lotto Soudal's Wellens finishing 18th, but that was more than enough for him to win the white jersey.
Van Avermaet finished second overall. 59 seconds behind Wellens with Wilco Kelderman (Lotto-NL Jumbo) taking third.
