Great Britain have been crowned men’s team pursuit champions after winning bronze at the UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Cali, Colombia.

Germain Burton, Matt Gibson, Chris Latham and Mark Stewart beat Denmark by just under half a second, with the bronze medal enough to secure Great Britain their fourth World Cup trophy.

Britain had qualified for the bronze-medal round by beating Spain in the first round, with their time of 4min 03.268sec more than two seconds better than Spain's.
