All the results from Saturday's hurling action in the Joe McDonagh, Christy Ring, Nicky Rackard and Lory Meagher Cups.

Joe McDonagh Cup

Laois 2-24 Antrim 1-19

The O'Moore County backed up last week's victory over Offaly with an eight-point win over Antrim.

Neil McManus scored 1-3 for the Saffrons, but had a penalty saved which swung the momentum in Laois' favour. First-half goals from Paddy Purcell and Willie Dunphy set the Leinster county on their way, as they moved to the top of the table with two wins from two.

Westmeath 3-18 Offaly 0-14

Offaly's woes continue, as Joe Quaid's Westmeath side overcame the Faithful County in Mullingar, with Killian Doyle scoring 1-12. After sitting out the first weekend with a bye, last year's Joe McDonagh Cup runners-up kicked off their campaign in style as they ran out 13-point winners.

The Lake County now prepare for next Saturday's clash with Kerry, with real belief they can win promotion to the Leinster Championship next season.
