Swimming: Double Commonwealth champion and Olympic finalist David Carry retires
Double Commonwealth champion David Carry has announced his retirement from swimming in the wake of the London 2012.

The 31-year-old, who made his international debut at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester in 2002, won gold in the 400 metres freestyle and 400m individual medley six years later in Melbourne.
Carry swam to a new personal best time to qualify for the 2012 Olympics, where he made it to the final of the 400m freestyle.
"After 10 years in the sport, I am thrilled with how I performed at the Olympics - it was a fitting end to my career," the Aberdeen-born swimmer said.
British Swimming national performance director Michael Scott added: "I would like to congratulate David on a successful career for Great Britain on the Olympic and World stage and for Scotland at the Commonwealth Games.
"To be a three-time Olympian, double Commonwealth champion and multi-World and Olympic finalist are all outstanding achievements."
