On Soccer AM...

Nottingham Forest star Dexter Blackstock, Angelos Epithemiou and The Boxer Rebellion!

Valentines Day is almost upon us and as usual Soccer AM has a line-up which you're just going to love! First out of the tunnel this week will be Dexter Blackstock! The 24-year-old is flying high in the Championship with Nottingham Forest, having seen his goals propel the club into second, seven points off leaders QPR, but importantly with two games in hand. The former QPR star joined Forest on-loan in March 2009 before signing a four-year-deal at the City Ground later that summer and there's little doubt that both player and club have benefited from the move. The former England Under-21 international - who has been sidelined since last November with knee ligament damage - has scored 18 goals in 56 games since arriving, while Billy Davies' side have gone from relegation strugglers to title contenders in just two years. As ever Helen and Max will be putting the questions to him and amongst the topics of discussion will no doubt be Forest's chances of returning to the top flight.

Shooting Star

Joining Blackstock on the orange sofa to send you into the weekend with smiles on your faces will be the brilliant Angelos Epithemiou! The Shooting Stars... erm... star has been keeping score on Vic and Bob's show since last year, following his stint as a permanent member of Team B in series six. Angelos, aka Dan Renton Skinner of sketch troupe Dutch Elm Conservatoire, has become a favourite amongst fans of the show - so much so, in fact, that in December he embarked on a national tour. His brilliant impersonations and oddball character have found a place in the nation's hearts and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us!

Rockers

Completing the perfect Saturday morning feast and adding a musical twist will be The Boxer Rebellion! It's surely only a matter of time before the London-based rockers become household names; that said they have already made history of sorts when their self-released album 'Unison' broke into the US top 100 last year on digital sales alone. The band, which consists of Tennessee-native Nathan Nicholson, Australian Todd Howe and Englishmen Adam Harrison and Piers Hewitt, have been without a record label since 2005 when Poptones folded. Despite that setback, the quartet have continued to go from strength to strength with their tracks used in a variety of TV shows, Films and adverts, both in the UK and in the States, while just two weeks ago they performed live on the Late Show with David Letterman following the release of their latest album, The Cold Still. Lead man Nathan and drummer Piers will be in the studio to talk about their third studio effort and of course we'll be finding out who the boys support, too! That wraps up this week's guests, but we've got all your favourites as well including, News with Pat, Showboat, Unbelievable Tekkers, Leicester's Crossbar Challenge and The final Ant and Dec and Oz Goals of the season! Plus, Man City star Adam Johnson joins us on the phone ahead of the Manchester derby, we'll show you the ten contenders for the Mitre Goal of the Year and Tubes has a bizarre meeting with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost! So be sure to tune in to Soccer AM, Saturday, 10am, on Sky Sports 2 & Sky One!
