WWE Smackdown: Bray Wyatt floors Big Show, Mark Henry despatches the Miz

The Shield battered and bruised by Kane and the New Age Outlaws

Last Updated: 01/04/14 12:06pm

Bray Wyatt: lights out for the Big Show!
Bray Wyatt: lights out for the Big Show!

Big Show suffered a massive hit as Bray Wyatt took him out with a trademark 'Sister Abigail' in the main event of SmackDown.

The Wyatt Family patriarch showed little mercy after Big Show was momentarily distracted by Erick Rowan, enabling Luke Harper to down The World's Largest Athlete with a kick to the head before Bray finished the job.

The Miz made an equally impressive statement ahead of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal by shifting Mark Henry over the top rope only for the World's Strongest Man to respond in style, despatching The Awesome One with a World's Strongest Slam. Game over.

Jack Swagger gave the Real Americans a timely boost ahead of the WWE Tag-Team Championship Fatal 4-Way Match nine days away when he recovered from Jimmy Uso's early attack to claim a win over one half of the Samoan champs with the help of a Patriot Lock.

Meanwhile the signs are that defending Divas Champion AJ Lee is in danger of losing the plot ahead of the first-ever Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational at The Show of Shows get closer - the titleholder falling straight into a Bella face plant after being shoved through the ropes by Tamina.

There were no holds barred as Batista and Sheamus went at it inside - and outside of the ring - in a match that ended with Batista disqualified, after he landed two chair blasts on The Celtic Warrior before throwing him in to the steel ring post.

With The Show of Shows a week away, Seth Rollins beat Curtis Axel and the Shield powered past The Real Americans.
