The 24-year-old Honda driver, who claimed pole position during qualifying on Saturday, took victory in the first race before doubling up in race two.
MG's Jason Plato finished second in race one, 0.536 seconds behind with Matt Neal taking third ahead of Honda team-mate Gordon Shedden.
In the 27-lap second race, Jordan came home just ahead of Shedden with BMW's Colin Turkington finishing third.
"This is what we do it for - to win," Jordan told the BTCC's official website.
"I could see one of the BMWs was coming strong, and thankfully the safety car backed Shedden up and kept him off my tail a bit.
I'd already started to gap Gordon before it came out so knew I had the pace to stay in front as long as I didn't make any mistakes. It's another cracking result and one of the harder wins I've had to work for."
In the final race of the day Jordan could only finish 13th as Turkington took the victory for BMW. Neal and Plato completed the podium.
