Britain's Scott Brash continued his showjumping dominance with victory on Hello Sanctos at the Rolex Grand Slam Grand Prix in Geneva on Sunday.

The Olympic Team gold medallist went one better than last year's second place at the event in Palexpo by rounding off a remarkable year with success in Switzerland ahead of Frenchman Roger Yves Bost with a time of 35.69.

World No 1 Brash already had Grand Prix wins in Wellington, Cannes, Estoril and London as well as the Longines Global Champions Tour overall for a second consecutive year.

More honours

And the Scot added to his major win at the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final by holding out in a nervy finish to add yet another honour to his trophy cabinet

I have everything I want. I have a wonderful, wonderful horse and wonderful owners and my team behind me are unbelievable and I'm just top of the world today.

"I'm absolutely ecstatic," he said. "My horse was unbelievable again. I must say I didn't know if I had done enough but I'm delighted.

Brash said that he will now aim to win the CHIO Aachen next year after missing out on the top prize this summer.

"I'll put it on my list now. I'll be trying," he added.

Germany's Christian Ahlmann won the first of the big majors in Aachen on Codex One, while Ian Millar from Canada sealed the CSIO Spruce Meadows Masters on Dixon in September.

Alex Hammond is joined by James Fisher to reflect on the Rolex Grand Slam Grand Prix in Geneva as Britain's Scott Brash clinched victory on Hello Sanctos.

Brash picked up a cool 250,000 Euros in prize-money for his win, but the Briton will now be chasing success at all three shows in 2015, which would hand him an extra 1 million Euros.
