Fran Halsall speaks about work experience and getting back to racing

Hello everyone! Following the London Olympics, I had a nice big break so that was enjoyable. I went on a couple of holidays- I went to California and travelled down the coast and went up to Napa Valley and did some wine tasting which was really good fun.

I think I will be going in for another couple of days in the new year and do some more so it is good to give everything a go. I am trying to knock off as many things that I wouldn't want to do after swimming now, before Rio, and then I will be in a better position in four years' time if I do want to retire and move onto something else. I really did enjoy going into Sky;it wasn't just the presenting that I enjoyed, it was the whole atmosphere with everyone and you could see how much they loved working there.
