Game Changers is back this weekend with plenty of sporting fun, special guests and healthy hints for youngsters.
Presenters Darren Campbell and Di Dougherty have introduced youngsters to a host of sports, with current stars offering advice on how to achieve success.
Sky Sports ambassador David Beckham offered a masterclass to budding young footballers, while Zara Phillips brought a touch of royalty to the studio when she dropped in for a chat about British equestrian.
Every week, there are the usual fun activities, with budding young presenters reading the headlines on Game Changers News HD, while Di and Darren show off their shooting skills on Change Your Aim.
And Primary School pupils can also appear on the show as part of the Super School Challenge.
Here's what's on this week's show...
Spurs striker Harry Kane pays a surprise visit to his old team Ridgeway Rovers, where David Beckham also learned the trade as a young footballer.
In studio, Jason Roy, a batsman for Surrey and England Lions, drops in for a chat about the ongoing World Cup and will take part in a few fun batting games with the kids to help improve their cricket skills.
Amy Williams, the former Olympic Skeleton champion, also joins us in the studio and will discuss the success of Lizzy Yarnold, one of the British stars in her favourite event, who is competing in the Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Championships this week.
So make sure you join us again this Saturday at 9am on Sky Sports 1.
