If you're seeking inspiration to get fit as the warm weather arrives, we've got the perfect guest for you on Game Changers...
Sebastien Foucan, the founder of free-running and an early developer of Parkour, drops by the studio to tell Di and Darren about his remarkable sport.
The athletic art of running, jumping and climbing through public spaces is sure to grab your attention and if you recognise Foucan, there's 007 reasons where you may have seen him before.
The Frenchman will discuss his role in James Bond's Casino Royale film, his free-running academies and will also lead an exciting Super Skills.
He'll also take part in Sell Your Sport to show off the art form that made him famous.
We'll also have rowers Jen Ehr and Will Geffen in the studio.
Both were a part of Oxford teams that won the Boat Race last weekend in London.
Jen was the cox for the women's team, who were for the first time in history racing on the same day and the same course as the men, while Will was the bow for the men.
We'll hear what it was like for Jen to be part of such a historic moment in sport - and how she felt when she was dropped into the river after the race!
Harry Kane will meet Mark McAdam at a PlayStation Schools Cup event - the Tottenham striker is now a good mate of our show, this is his second appearance this season!
Kane will be giving our Game Changers some tips on striking a football - he knows a thing or two about that.
Ahead of Saturday’s live Netball Superleague semi-final game between Hertfordshire Mavericks and Manchester Thunder, we visit Thunder's Chelsea Pitman at the home she shares with partner Kevin Locke, a rugby league professional at Salford Reds.
They'll take part in a Mr and Mrs Quiz and look forward to the Superleague semi-final.
Game Changers News HQ and Super School Challenge will also return to your screen in a not-to-be-missed episode.
Watch Game Changers on Saturday at 9am on Sky Sports 1.
