Big Show Claims to embarass Floyd 'Money' Mayweather

This Sunday one of the most hyped matches in WWE history will finally happen at Wrestlemania XXIV, live on Sky Box Office. WWE wrestler Big Show will collide with WBC Cruiserweight Champion boxer Floyd 'Money' Mayweather. Just days before the huge encounter, Big Show interrupted his training to speak to skysports.com in Orlando, Florida and the giant says he can't wait to get his hands on Mayweather. "He signed his name on the dotted line so The Big Show can do whatever he wants," said Big Show. "Slam him, choke-slam him, throw him out of the ring. Whatever it is, it is up to me - I have carte blanche with Mayweather. "I don't care if the match is good or not, I just plan to embarrass the hell out of him. "I might slap the skin right off his back." Floyd 'Money' Mayweather is arguably the best pound-for-pound fighter in Boxing today but the Big Show doesn't really care for the Pretty Boy's undefeated record.

Disrespect

"What does Mayweather have, one or two matches a year? He's 39-0 oh-wow, I've worked over 3,000 matches in the last 10 years," he told skysports.com. "He came here and disrespected me and broke my nose so if he thinks he is going to walk through this match unscathed and come out like a princess, like he did in Dancing with the Stars, he is out of his mind." Similar to his fight with Ricky Hatton last December, Mayweather has come across as the antagonist in the build up to this match. The Big Show isn't really known for his huge fan base either so it will be interesting to see how the capacity crowd at the Citrus Bowl will react to both men. Big Show continued: "I would like to think there will be 70,000 WWE fans rooting for me. I know that there will be people who don't like me and are going to root for Mayweather but as long as they make noise that's fine. "I've never dealt with a character like this. This guy runs his mouth so much it is unbelievable." One of the most iconic images of the last 24 years of Wrestlemania was Hulk Hogan facing up to Andre the Giant. On Sunday with Big Show at 7 feet tall and Mayweather at 5 feet 8 inches tall, the pair are more than likely to create their own Wrestlemania moment. However well Sunday's match will turn out though the Big Show doesn't think he will ever overshadow the greatness of Andre The Giant. "I don't think anybody will be the giant that Andre the Giant was. He was a wonderfully kind entity who deserves all the respect that he earned over the years. "If I can carve my little piece of history over the next few years and people remember the Big Show as entertaining and happy to the business then I am happy."
