WWE chairman Vince McMahon was rushed to hospital after a large electric sign crashed on top of him at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.
Vince had just given away $500,000 in "McMahon's Million Dollar Mania," when lighting equipment crashed onto the stage and a large electric sign toppled onto him.
The extent of any injuries were not known at press time, however, the WWE chief was immediately treated at the scene by paramedics who fitted him with a neck brace, loaded him onto a stretcher and rushed him to a local medical facility via ambulance.
WWE officials said that they are conducting a preliminary investigation into the equipment failure and a statement on Mr.McMahon's health will be issued soon.
