Rey Mysterio launched a brutal assault on Kane after the Big Red Machine powered his way to Battle Royal glory on RAW.
Mysterio cuts Red Machine's celebrations short
Kane reigned supreme on Monday night as he powered past his World Heavyweight Championship and ECW rivals to win a gruelling Battle Royal.
However, just as the Big Machine began celebrating the win - he was given a revenge beating by Rey Mysterio.
Monday night's RAW saw the return of a trio as superstars as hometown boy Randy Orton, Candice Michelle and Mysterio all made unexpected appearances.
The night's action started with the still-injured Legend Killer goading CM Punk to the ring with a relentless flow of trash talk aimed at RAW's champs.
The Straightedge Superstar and Orton exchanged their opinions before two of Punk's Championship Scramble opponents, Kane and JBL began talking up their chances of success at Unforgiven.
Destructive
Later in the evening, all four men faced off in a Battle Royal meant to feature all five competitors, but Rey Mysterio was still missing.
Punk was the star performer in the early stages as he flung both Batista and JBL over the top rope.
However, the destructive power of Kane proved just too much for the Straightedge Superstar as the Big Red Machine claimed the win.
After Punk was thrown from the ring, he had another confrontation with Randy Orton, drenching the Legend Killer with water.
Meanwhile, Kane's victory was interrupted by Mysterio's familiar entrance music, as the Master of the 619 ran straight for the ring and attacked the giant with a relentless assault on his knee.
