Roush Fenway Racing claim 1-2-3
Greg Biffle won Sunday's Sprint Cup race at Dover, taking the lead from team-mate Matt Kenseth with just under 10 laps left and never looking back.
The win - Biffle's second in succession, making him unbeaten in the Chase for the Championship - capped an incredibly strong day for Roush Fenway Racing, which saw its drivers finish 1-2-3. Carl Edwards - who holds a ten point lead in the title standings - stopped in third.
Biffle's win was the icing on the cake for a wonderful race, where the three Roush Racing cars went three wide lap after lap in a battle for victory.
However, Biffle's concentration remains on Edwards.
"We've got to beat the 99 car somehow," Biffle said. "We've got to start stretching it out."
Edwards is ahead of Biffle and 2007 Champion Jimmie Johnson (who finished fifth). Both 'The Biff' and Johnson are tied in second place.
Jeff Burton is 82 points behind already in fifth after a ninth place finish, followed by Kevin Harvick (101 points back), Clint Bowyer, Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr, Kenseth, Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch.
The nightmare continued for Chase favourite Kyle Busch, who had his second straight miserable finish. Busch - who had won Saturday's Nationwide race at Dover in dominating fashion - had a blown engine which took him from the field early. Hamlin's suffered the same fate.
"We're out of the title hunt, that's for sure," Busch said.
