Image: Claridge: over 1000 games

Steve Claridge, actor Danny John-Jules and singer Peter Hooton are all on this week's show!

Christmas is less than two week's away, but put off your shopping this Saturday morning because we've got another cracker of a show! First down the tunnel this week is a footballer, who has made over 1000 appearances, played for 20 different clubs and still can't bear the thought of retiring! Steve Claridge has covered more miles than a white van man, playing everywhere from Bournemouth to Bradford in a career which has spanned an incredible 26 years. Claridge, 43, began his footballing journey with local side Fareham Town in 1983 in the Southern league. Over the next decade he made his way up the leagues and in 1996 he joined Leicester where he had arguably his most success. In his first season with the Foxes he scored the goal which earned them promotion to the Premier League, while a year later he was the hero again - this time scoring the winning goal in a League Cup final replay against Middlesbrough. He went on to have spells as a player manager with both Portsmouth and Weymouth, but spends more time inside studios like ours these days as a football pundit. Having not officially hung up his boots yet, we'll be finding out if there is still life in the old legs and asking him if a career in management beckons.

Cool cat

Following one of football's characters into the studio will be a real cool cat! Actor Danny John-Jules is best known for his role as the Cat from the hilarious Red Dwarf series. Born in London, the 49-year-old first embarked on a career in the arts as a dancer. After appearing in a host of West End productions he landed a small role in Roy Minton's critically acclaimed film, "Scum". His other credits include the roles of Barrington in Maid Marian and Her Merry Men, Byron Lucifer in The Tomorrow People and Milton Wordsworth, the original presenter of The Story Makers on CBeebies. However, it was his role in one of the funniest British comedy series' ever which made him a household name. We'll be asking him all about Red Dwarf, and finding if he's anywhere near as cool as the Cat!
The Farm
Our final guest this week is a musician, writer and football pundit all rolled into one! As well as being a massive Liverpool fan, Peter Hooton is best known as the lead singer of The Farm. The Liverpool based pop band enjoyed massive success in the early '90s with their album Spartacus which reached number one in the UK charts in April 1991. Despite the group comprising of mainly Liverpool fans they recorded an FA Cup final song for City rivals Everton in 1995. While in 2004 they released 'All Together Now (Strike Three)' - England's official Euro 2004 song. As well as having had had a number of articles published in the Guardian, Four Four Two and NME, Hooton is a regular on LFC TV and we'll be getting his view on the goings ons at Anfield this season.
Kammy
That completes this week's guests in the studio, but there's more because Andy Burton will be joining us live from the Britannia Stadium ahead of Stoke clash with Wigan, while Kammy will be giving us a tour of the Bolton's Reebok Stadium! Plus, we've got all your favourites too, including, I'm An A League Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Skill Skool with Newcastle, Rushden Roulette, Itso Facto, Crossbar Challenge with Port Vale, Lee Croft Story Teller, and James McFadden's Team Mates! And that's not all, because a member of the armed forces will attempt to beat Helmet in Tug Of War, Bristol City's Danny Haynes shows us his Tats and our Xmas Table is back! So tune in to watch all the gang, plus our fans of the week, Leeds, 9am, Saturday on Sky Sports 1 and Sky1.
