Sprint sensation Usain Bolt will run his first 200m race of the season at the Jamaica International Invitational in Kingston on May 1.
Meet director Donald Quarrie confirmed on Friday that the Jamaican sprint king is set to face American Wallace Spearmon in the men's 200m.
Quarrie hopes the pair will post top times in the race at the IAAF Area Permit Meeting.
He said: "We are looking forward to an outstanding race between Usain and Wallace ... and we hope the times will create some excitement for the crowd."
American Carmelita Jeter will face Jamaican World and Olympic 100m silver medallist Kerron Stewart in the women's 100m.
Two-time Olympic champion Veronica Campbell-Brown will take on America's world 400m champion Sanya Richards over the 200m.
One week before the Kingston meeting, Bolt is scheduled to race for Jamaica in the USA v The World events at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia.
The triple world and Olympic champion is to run for Jamaica in the 4x100m relay.
