Kaitlyn takes Talent Contest Challenge after winning in the ring
Former Ring announcer turned wrestler Jamie Keyes has become the first rookie to be eliminated from the all Divas Season of WWE NXT.
Keyes, who was tutored by Nicky and Brie, the Bella twins, was booted off despite not actually suffering a loss in the competition, and having picked up two wins and a Challenge victory in the five weeks she was on the show, can perhaps feel a little hard done by.
The decision was made when she came in bottom of the first NXT Poll of this season, which combines votes from the WWE Universe and those from the Pros involved in the competition.
As one of the Divas' competition ended, another's sparked into life, as Kaitlyn got the better of her Pro, Vickie Guerrero, in one-on-one action.
Kaitlyn had challenged the Official SmackDown consultant to the bout at the end of the last show and displayed much youthful dynamism in showing up her elder, and remarkably less athletic, Pro.
Lambasting Ziggler
When Guerrero was lambasting her beau, and current Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler, for not helping her out in the match, Kaitlyn snuck up from behind and got a quick roll up and the three count.
Much to Vickie's evident disgust her Rookie embraced Ziggler upon picking up the victory, an act which could have future repercussions for the affable Blonde.
Aksana had an impressive evening, picking up a Challenge win in the Bull Riding contest with a time of 17.9 seconds, and defeating Maxine in a singles match.
However this was tempered by news backstage from an immigration officer who informed the Lithuanian native and Goldust, her Pro, that she had only four weeks to get her papers in order to avoid being deported back to her home country.
Kaitlyn also won the Talent Contest Challenge by displaying her artistic skills through an ironic stick figure drawing of Vickie Guerrero which gained a great reaction from the Crowd inside the Landon Arena in Topeka, Kansas.
WWE SmackDown comes your way this Friday night at 11pm on SKY SPORTS HD/4, with a huge main event between Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio.
