Masters snooker: Mark Selby beats Shaun Murphy to reach final at Alexandra Palace
Defending champion Mark Selby booked his place in the Masters final with a 6-1 victory over Shaun Murphy.

Selby, who will play Ronnie O'Sullivan in the final at Alexandra Palace, made a strong start and took the opening frame with an 86 break.
A break of 104 in the second frame extended the Leicester player's advantage and he then went 3-0 up after Murphy missed a red along the top cushion.
A clearance of 62 made it 4-0 after Murphy had slipped up attempting a challenging pink, and when Selby edged a scrappy fifth frame the 30-year-old was firmly on course for a whitewash.
Murphy managed to stop the rot by claiming the sixth frame 59-15, but any hopes of a remarkable comeback were ended as Selby wrapped up the victory in the next frame, which he took 76-24.
Selby will now play Ronnie O'Sullivan in Sunday's final.
