Kane decided he'd heard enough of Paul Heyman and came out to give Brock Lesnar a chokeslam, but The Beast wasn't ready to stay down.

Brock Lesnar was back on Raw this week, and his presence was always likely to lead to some kind of skirmish with his Royal Rumble opponents Braun Strowman and Kane.

Strowman was recovering after beating Heath Slater and Rhyno earlier in the evening but the Big Red Machine had a clear schedule for the first offering from the red brand in 2018.

He decided he'd heard more than enough from Lesnar's advocate Paul Heyman in an address to the Miami crowd which veered into Latin towards its conclusion.

Kane then sought to silence Lesnar with a chokeslam which put him down - although only temporarily.

The Beast took the move but then sat up - in the same style as Kane himself and his "brother" The Undertaker, whose famous WrestleMania streak was memorably broken by Lesnar.

Brock then sent Kane crashing to the outside with a clothesline and from there all hell broke loose as the pair had to be separated by several members of the Raw roster.
