Sasha Banks feels WWE should introduce a tag team championship to generate more storylines in the women's division.
Speaking ahead of the 25th anniversary episode of Monday Night Raw - live on Sky Sports Arena at 1am on Monday - the Legit Boss made the case for tag titles as part of the ongoing women's revolution in the company.
Female superstars will compete in a Royal Rumble match for the first time on January 28 and the general consensus is that all that remains for the journey of equality to be complete would be for a women's match to main event WrestleMania.
While such huge events are undoubtedly important, Banks feels it is also vital the company increases the number of storylines available to their women, with the pursuit of the singles title currently dominating that particular conversation.
"I would love that," Banks told Sky Sports. "I think we have enough women on the roster now to actually have a women's tag division.
"We've been given multiple storylines but at the same time, it's very hard to accomplish something if you're not actually fighting for anything.
"Only one woman can go after the women's championship and I think if we had tag team championships we'd be able to create way more interesting storylines.
"We have tag matches all the time, every single week, so I say why not get a championship involved in that?"
Banks admits her natural partner in such a scenario would be her long-time Raw associate Bayley, with whom she has consistently tagged against Absolution in recent weeks.
However, she also feels the two have a degree of unfinished business after Bayley came out on top in their famous and excellent contest at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn in August 2015, a bout regarded by many as the best women's match of all time.

"That rivalry with Bayley is something I would love to pick back up because she has my number and that annoys me," she said.
"I am the greatest women's wrestler ever and I want to show the world that. I'm in no rush for it. I plan on being in WWE for a long time and that's something we can pick up at any time."
