Jrue Holiday produced an offensive masterclass to score 37 points in the New Orleans Pelicans' victory over the Detroit Pistons.
With the Pelicans' talisman Anthony Davis struggling with a hip injury, Holiday stepped up to fill the scoring void as he went 14-22 from the floor and 6-10 from three-point range.
Holiday started brightly with 11 points in the first quarter, including a floating buzzer-beater to end the opening period.
The 28-year-old guard continued to dominate in the second half, using his strength to score as he was fouled in the paint.
Holiday then made a timely three-pointer and clutch jump-shot off the window to end the Pistons' hopes of a comeback and seal a 116-108 victory.
