Atlanta Hawks guard Kent Bazemore could miss at least two weeks with a sprained right ankle, the team has announced.
Bazemore sustained the injury during the third quarter of Saturday's win against Cleveland.
An MRI scan performed Sunday revealed the extent of the sprain and he will be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks, the team said.
Bazemore has played in 35 games (30 starts) this season and is averaging a career-high 14.0 points to go along with 4.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 steals in 27.4 minutes per game.
This is the shooting guard's seventh season in the NBA and his fifth with the Hawks, who return to action Monday at Indiana.
