Luka Doncic scored with a spectacular reverse lay-up en route to his third career triple-double as the Dallas Mavericks beat the Charlotte Hornets 99-93.
The Slovenian rookie sensation endured a tough shooting night but came through in crunch time to lead Dallas to victory.
Doncic was just 3-of-16 from the floor with under four minutes to play but produced his highlight lay-up at the rim to edge Dallas 90-86 ahead.
He drew a foul to make it a three-point play and then followed up with a three-pointer to put the Mavs ahead for good, 94-88, to settle what had been an ugly game.
Doncic finished with a team-high 19 points on 5-of-20 shooting along with 11 assists and 10 rebounds to complete the third triple-double of his NBA career.
