In out latest Superleague masterclass, Celtic Dragons pair Kyra Jones and Kalifa McCollin join Di Dougherty on court.
As part of the Sky Sports live offering on Monday, Di was put through her paces by the Dragons duo in the pre-game training session.
The Welsh franchise went on to claim their first victory of the season by edging out Scottish rivals Sirens in a 55-52 thriller, and before the game centre Jones and goal shooter McCollin talked us through a typical session.
With netball a game of speed and creating options, the Dragons talked Di through the nuances of a three-quarter attack and a three-quarter defence.
As well as the masterclass, Di also spoke to the players about the season so far with McCollin talking about her move to Wales from Trinidad.
