Manchester Thunder moved top of the Netball Superleague with a 62-49 win at Severn Stars on Saturday.

The winner of Wasps Netball vs Saracens Mavericks, live on Sky Sports on Monday, will go level on 12 points with Thunder.

A strong third quarter from Thunder, inspired by the shooting of Joyce Mvula, gave them breathing space at the top of the division until their rivals play.

Team Bath put in an impressive display to earn an away victory against Loughborough Lightning, winning 75-50. Bath have now won three away games out of three this season.

Surrey Storm beat London Pulse 69-49 - they were the Superleague's two bottom teams going into this match.

Storm, with the victory, move on to six points with Pulse still on three.

Strathclyde Sirens also have three points after they were beaten 50-46 by Celtic Dragons on Friday.
