England must get past South Africa in their final Pool F match or face an early trip home from the Netball World Cup.

The Roses' campaign will come to a close unless they dispose of the Proteas so set your alarms and support the team on Friday morning at 7.15am on Sky Sports 3 HD.

England are vying for a runners-up spot in the second group phase of the tournament assuming Australia, who beat them earlier this week, confirm the top berth by beating Wales.

The top two teams in the remaining groups will regroup for the semi-finals, so England must earn maximum points from Friday's match to follow Australia into the final four.

England kept their semi-final hopes alive at the Netball World Cup with a 78-33 win over Wales.

"It's about getting out there, putting in a good performance and putting some combinations ready to go," Tamsin Greenway told Sky Sports.

"It's been a pretty positive experience so far even though we didn't have the greatest performance against Australia.

"But the great thing about tournament netball is that you play against the best, we get to test ourselves, and see where those errors crept in and how we can improve."

Tracey Neville's side are likely to meet New Zealand in the semi-finals because the Silver Ferns can wrap up first place in Pool E on Friday against Uganda.

Greenway insists that the mouth-watering prospect of meeting the world's second-ranked team in a World Cup semi-final is motivation to eliminate South Africa on Friday.

"I know we've got to get past South Africa first," Greenway said. "But hopefully if we put in a good performance, we'll be in the semi-finals where it looks like we'll play New Zealand. Again, that's a really tough match.
