Croatia's Miho Boskovic is widely-regarded as one of the world's finest water polo players.
The 28-year-old from Dubrovnik, who turns 29 in January, operates as a right-handed attacker and is a veteran over 100 matches for his national team.
With his hometown team Jug Dubrovnik, Boskovic won the LEN Euroleague Championship in 2006, while in 2007 he was named the European water polo player of the Year by the LEN (European League of Water Sports). In 2010 he signed for Hungarian champions Vasas.
The right-handed attacker made his debut for his country in the 2005 World Championships in Montreal, Canada.
Two years later he was a key member of the Croatia team that won the 2007 Worlds in Melbourne, while in the 2009 event in he scored three goals as Croatia were narrowly defeated 12-11 in the semi-finals by arch rivals and eventual champions Serbia.
He was also on the scoresheet as they claimed bronze with an 8-6 win over the USA and was named in the tournament's all-star team.
In 2010 Boskovic notched seven goals as the Croats won the European Championships on home soil in Zagreb, including one in their 7-3 final victory over Italy.
