What price on BDO and PDC world champions going head-to-head?

Sky Bet go 25/1 that current PDC and BBO world champions, Phil Taylor and Ted Hankey, battle it out in the final of the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton next Sunday. Reigning champion Taylor is going for the hat-trick in the tournament, and it's no surprise that he is a big favourite for the title. Sky Bet make 'The Power' 4/9 favourite to defend his crown, while number two seed Hankey may be backed at 66/1 for the £100,000 title. The group phase of the Grand Slam of Darts gets underway on Saturday and Taylor, two-time champion and number one seed, is 1/12 to win Group A. He is pitted against the 2008 BDO's men's and women's world champions, Mark Webster (12/1) and Anastasia Dobromyslova (100/1). Hankey is 3/1 third favourite to win group E, in which he will compete against Scott Waites (15/8), Australia's Simon Whitlock (5/2) and Wayne Mardle (3/1). He is an even money chance to progress to the knockout stages. Sky Bet's darts betting expert, Craig Ibbotson, said: "A showdown between the two current world champions would be the dream final. "However, with tough competition in this fantastic tournament, it's difficult to see Hankey making it through to the final." Click Here for full Grand Slam betting.
