Kiyoshi is lame and will miss the QIPCO 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on Sunday.
The daughter of Dubawi, owned by Qatar Racing, was a general 14/1 chance for the Classic as she showed classy form as a juvenile, winning the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot and being placed in two Group Ones, the Moyglare Stud and Cheveley Park Stakes.
"I spoke to Charlie Hills and he said that although she was fine after working, he wasn't quite happy with her afterwards," said David Redvers, manager for the owners Qatar Racing. "Hopefully we can get her back for the French 1000 Guineas or if not maybe we can try and win the Irish Guineas again.
"We've still got Lightning Thunder in the race for Olly [Stevens, trainer]. Maybe Olly can do what Charlie did last year [with Just The Judge] and win a Classic in just his second season training."
