Ride Like The Wind wins Prix Djebel

Freddy Head landed back-to-back renewals of the Prix Djebel when Ride Like The Wind came from last to first to deny Make Believe at Maisons-Laffitte.
Head's winner 12 months ago, Charm Spirit, met with defeat only once last season, when fifth in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket.
He ended up winning the Prix Jean Prat, the Moulin and the QEII so Ride Like The Wind has plenty to live up to.
Andre Fabre's Make Believe looked in control throughout and seemed set to extend his unbeaten run to three but Mickael Barzalona produced Ride Like The Wind with a powerful run to get the verdict close home.
The result was something of a surprise given Ride Like The Wind was beaten on the all-weather at Deauville last month.
He finished behind Ervedya - a winner of the Prix Imprudence earlier on the card - at Deauville last August and was sixth of the nine runners in the Prix Morny.
Ride Like The Wind is 25/1 for the 2000 Guineas with Sky Bet and Head is considering the option although a trip to the Rowley Mile is not set in stone as yet.
"He was impressive, he's a good horse," he said.
"I ran him in some tough races last year, but I always felt he was good.
"We could aim him at England, but I need to discuss it with his owners. Last year we took Charm Spirit and because of the way the race was run it didn't suit him and I think he would have won in France (French Guineas).
"The way this one runs I think Newmarket will suit him, though.
"They are two different types, I always felt he was good but maybe I asked him too much too soon last year.
"He has changed a lot this winter. He tends to be keen, but when he learns to race he will be very good."
