Castleford have given full-time contracts to academy products James Clare, Ben Johnson and Charlie Martin.
Winger Clare, 20 and scrum-half Johnson, 19 will begin pre-season training with Ian Millward's Super League squad next month while prop Martin, 18, will continue with his education until May before linking up with them.
They are the latest in a production line that has seen 12 home-grown players make their Super League debuts for the Tigers since 2007.
"The club have made big statements with youth in recent years and it is obvious the club is underpinned by youth development," said Millward.
