Saints forward Atelea Vea is facing a long period on the sidelines with a shoulder injury picked up against Hull KR.

Coach Keiron Cunnigham confirmed he will see a specialist this week to see if surgery is required or whether the injury can be managed in another way.

Either way, Cunnigham said "It doesn't look good news for Tils. I'd imagine it would be longer rather than shorter. It hurts me because he was in really good form and had fitted in really well."

James Roby will also undergo tests after being concussed at Rovers. Cunningham is hopeful he will be fit for Friday's game at Wigan.
