Chris Bridge is to join Widnes at the end of the Super League season, ending a decade-long association with Warrington.

The centre, who made his Warrington debut in 2005 and is currently in his testimonial season, has agreed a two-year deal with the Vikings.

Wolves coach Tony Smith said: "I'd like to thank Chris for giving great service to Warrington for over 10 years.

"Chris has played his part in some special moments at Warrington and will be remembered fondly for the skilful displays he has regularly delivered.

"He's had a frustrating last couple of years with injuries but I'm sure Chris will be doing his all to provide us with some more special moments before moving on next season.
