Hull FC have confirmed winger Steve Michaels will leave the club at the end of the season to return home to Australia.

Michaels, who is out of contract at the end of the season, joined the Super League side in 2015 from Gold Coast Titans making more than 70 appearances and scoring 30 tries during his three seasons with the back-to-back Challenge Cup winners.

The 30-year-old was part of the team that helped Hull win an historic first Challenge Cup title at Wembley in 2016 against Warrington Wolves.

Hull FC also confirmed youngsters Mike Adlard, Connor Brewer, Zeus Silk and Jack Wray will depart the club at the end of the season.

"Stevie has been a fantastic signing since he landed and he's always given 110 per cent whenever he's played for Hull FC," said Hull head coach Lee Radford.

"He's a very committed player and hopefully, like the other guys who are leaving at the end of the season, we can send them out on a high note."

The former Brisbane Bronco winger scored a try in Hull's 24-14 defeat to Leeds Rhinos last Thursday, but will miss Friday's crucial home game against Wigan Warriors, live on Sky Sports Arena HD, through suspension.
