Winger Jodie Broughton has signed a two-year extension to his contract with the Catalans Dragons.

Broughton joined the Perpignan-based side on a two-year deal at the start of the season and has now extended his commitment through the end of the 2019 campaign.

He has enjoyed an impressive first season with the Dragons, who finished the regular season in fifth place, scoring 18 tries in 19 appearances.

"Since his arrival, Jodie Broughton has easily adapted to our club and our team," said Catalans chief executive Christophe Jouffret.
